Submission Guidelines. By accessing ShowYourMarks.com or the "Site" and submitting a photograph or story to be uploaded, you agree to the following terms and conditions for submission:

1. We encourage all users to submit a photo, so that others can easily recognize and relate to the story shared.

2. Use of ShowYourMarks.com is restricted to persons 18 years of age or older. Any photo containing celebrities, nudity, pornography, sexually explicit images or any copyrighted image (unless you own the copyright) is not permitted. Photos of celebrities and cartoon or comic images are generally copyrighted by the owner.

3. For security and privacy reasons, any photo or story that contains personally identifiable contact information such as name, phone number, email address or web site URL is not permitted. Uploading images of other people without their permission is also prohibited.

4. Submitted photos are limited to a size of 5MB and must be in GIF or JPG format.

This photo submission policy applies only to ShowYourMarks.com users. ShowYourMarks.com reserves the right to review all photos and stories and to remove any photo or story for any reason at our sole discretion.
